Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited (Group) trades on the Australian Securities Exchange under the code “CEH”. The Directors of the Group are committed to the establishment of a flexible and effective system of corporate governance and have set out the respective roles and responsibilities of the Board and senior management in a Board Charter. Since its introduction in March 2003, the ASX Corporate Governance Council have continued to develop and revise the “Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations”.
